About

The purpose of the Loon Lake Road Association is to provide safe passage to landowners’ properties, protect the environment, and preserve community by creating a forum to discuss the needs and methods for road maintenance, determine fair fees to accomplish this, and assure that all property owners are treated fairly as enforced by the Maine Statutes.

The Loon Lake Road Association (LLRA) is not affiliated with the Loon Lake Association.  We include LLRA information on this website as a convenience to our members.

The LLRA covers the following roads:

• Loon Lake Road from the old York lodge to the turn-off to Dean's Way

• Dean's Way

• Chundo Lane (summer maintenance only)

• North Cottage Road
