Boating: Clean, Drain, Dry

The Maine IFW enacted a new Law in 2023 to Minimize the Propagation of Invasive Aquatic Plants. This puts into law what the Clean, Drain, Dry educational and outreach campaign has already been encouraging boaters to do.
